Academic requirement: Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering.

Kelayakan Akademik: Mempunyai Ijazah atau Diploma dalam bidang IT, Sains Komputer, Komputer/Kejuruteraan Perisian.

Beginning with foundational training in CompTIA Network+, trainees will then learn the installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft Windows XP Professional and the management of the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment. From here, trainees will then learn the fundamentals and administration of SUSE Linux enterprise Server 10 and finally, how to migrate from the Microsoft operating systems to open source operating systems (SUSE Linux). Besides technical training, this course also includes soft skills subjects like Business Communication, Presentation Skills and Teambuilding & Motivation.

INSEP - CISCO 

(4 months Theoretical Training + 2 months Industrial Attachment)

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) validates the ability to install, configure, operate and troubleshoot medium-size route and switched networks, including implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN. CCNA curriculum includes basic mitigation of security threats, introduction to wireless networking concepts and terminology,and performance-based skills. This new curriculum also includes (but is not limited to) the use of these protocols: IP, Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), Serial Line Interface Protocol Frame Relay, Routing Information Protocol CVersion 2 (RIPv2), VLANs, Ethernet, access control list (ACLs).

Graduates will be re-skilled with knowledge and skills in plantation management for employment with plantation companies as Field Managers, Assistant Managers, Lab Researchers, Mill Managers & Assistant Managers and Field & Mill Conductors. Some of the modules included in this course are: Harvesting & Crop Evacuation, Employee Welfare, Immature Field Maintenance, Soil Science and Jungle Clearing.

This training will equip trainees with necessary entrepreneurship knowledge in the field of logistics and to enable them to carry out their work responsibilities more effectively and efficiently. The comprehensive modules covered will help to raise the level of the trainees' self confidence and analytical skills. The modules include Transportation Systems and Management, Effective & Efficient Inventory Management, Managing Material Flow, Human Resource Management in the Logistics Industry, Logistics Business Strategy & Plannning and Supply Chain Management.

INSEP - Keselamtan & Kesihatan  (4 Bulan Latihan Teori + 2 Bulan Latihan Industri)

In this program, trainees with a keen interest in the Occupational Safety & Health field will learn the theoretical and practical aspects of becoming a Safety & Health Officer. After undergoing the training, trainees will sit for the Safety & Health Officer examination organized by NIOSH (National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health). Successful candidates will then begin their career in this dynamic field. The modules covered include Occupational Safety & Health Legislation, Fire Safety & Prevention, and Chemical Safety & Health.

INSEP - Essentials Of Tourism Management

(4 months Theoretical Training + 2 months Industrial Attachment)

Academic requirement: Bachelor or diplomna in any field.

Kelayakan Akademik: Ijazah atau diploma dalam mana-mana bidang.

This program trains and grooms trainees to become licensed Tour Guides. Trainees will first obtain the Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia, Level 3 in Tour Guiding (L-030-3) and consequently sit for the Ministry of Tourism  licensing examination. Upon passing this examination, trainees will then receive their licenses. Trainees will undergo a wide variety of modules such as: Places of Interest in Malaysia, History of Malaysia, Flora, Fauna & Spices, Agriculture, Marine life, Judiciary & Monarchy and New Products in Tourism.

INSEP - Convention & Event Management    

(4 months Theoretical Training + 2 months Industrial Attachment)

This training will equip trainees with the fundamental knowledge and skills in convention and event management. The program is also aimed at developing English communication skills with particular emphasis on the need for the attention to detail. Trainees will be trained in resourceful thinking, commitment and the importance of meticulous service delivery in MICE (Management, Incentive, Convention and Exhibitions) as well as gain exposure to resources and technology.
